| Refund and Cancellation Policy |
| The programs offered by Traveler EMS consist of various services which are available for use by client’s 24-hours per day, seven days per week. A Client may cancel their enrollment by providing Traveler EMS with a signed written notice which must be received by Traveler EMS within 5 days of enrollment. |

A Client who cancels their enrollment within 5 days of enrollment and prior to receiving any Benefits from the Program will receive a refund equal to 100% of the program fee. A Client who cancels their enrollment after receiving one or more Benefits will not receive a refund. |
