Traveler EMS does not sell insurance. Travel assistance is not insurance but is an agreement to provide certain benefits directly to the Client. The Client must call Traveler EMS in order to receive the benefits. Traveler EMS will arrange and pay the provider of the service directly and the Client will not file any claims for reimbursement as is normally required with insurance. Traveler EMS is not able to provide reimbursement for services contracted directly by the Client.
